Dylan DeWitt Sage

Dylan DeWitt Sage founded SwellCraft with 18+ years of experience guiding high-net-worth families and family offices in stewarding wealth across generations. Previously a Managing Director at Baldwin Wealth Partners, Dylan has overseen portfolio management across equities, fixed income, private equity, private debt, hedge funds, and real assets.
Known for staying calm under pressure and simplifying complexity, Dylan helps families find common ground across generations. He has deep expertise in sustainable and impact investing, shareholder engagement, and values-aligned portfolio construction. Dylan serves as Board Member of Sage Minerals, Inc. and currently chairs the Investment Committee at Neighborhood House.
Dylan graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts. He lives in Mill Valley with his wife, Alli, and their two spirited daughters. An avid outdoorsman, Dylan enjoys surfing, trail running, biking, and backcountry skiing. He sings with the Marin Men's Chorus and coaches his daughters' kindergarten soccer team.
Gregory Skidmore

Gregory Skidmore founded Belpointe Asset Management in 2007. Greg's career in finance includes roles at Advest and Smith Barney, where he designed and managed portfolios for premier private wealth management teams within Citigroup.
Greg graduated from Connecticut College in 1999 with a dual major in Economics and History. He has completed the SACRS UC Berkeley Haas School of Finance Public Pension Investment Management Program. A former member of the U.S. sailing team, Greg lives near Lake Tahoe with his wife and three children.
Belena Vincetti, MBA, CFP®

Belena Vincetti serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Belpointe Asset Management, bringing over a decade of experience in securities and insurance compliance. She holds an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor's degree in biology and French from Truman State University.
Before joining the financial industry, Belena lived and worked in France and owned an art gallery outside of Madison, Wisconsin. She lives in Milwaukee with her daughter, Scout.
Anthony Cardenas

Anthony Cardenas serves as Vice President of Investment Management at Belpointe Asset Management. He began his financial career as an investment analyst at a boutique hedge fund in 2017, researching public and private companies in the defense industry. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree from University of California - Davis.
Carla Ballard

Carla Ballard serves as Senior Vice President of Account Services at Belpointe, managing advisor operations and overseeing the servicing department. She equips advisors with the tools to manage their businesses effectively and collaborates with custodial and data aggregation vendors to ensure seamless experiences for advisors and clients.
Joining Belpointe in 2016, Carla brings over two decades of experience in operations and administration across financial sectors. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, interior decorating, and cooking.
Liz Morrow
Senior Vice President of Finance, Belpointe Asset Management
Liz Morrow serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Belpointe, leading the Accounting, Billing, and Payroll departments. She started with Belpointe in 2014 after graduating from the University of Rhode Island and earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Syracuse University in 2023.
Liz has held multiple roles at Belpointe, progressing from staff accountant to her current position. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two dogs, and enjoys coaching and participating in Crossfit, cooking, hiking, and golf.
